ULTRAFILTRATION (UF) is for non-saline water sources, such as rivers, streams, wells, lakes. The ultrafiltration membrane removes organic contaminants, viruses, bacteria, cysts, etc. down to a size of 0.04 micron without requiring toxic chemical treatment. Ultrafiltration works through a mechanical procedure. Raw water is filtered under pressure (1-5 bar) through a high-technology hollow fibre membrane. This process retains the natural minerals in the water. Product is 99.999% free of bacteria, virus and cysts. In combination with our filtration system, the activated carbon filter removes smell and odour from the water.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) is for saline water sources, such as seawater, brackish water, estuaries; high TDS level wells, etc. The Reverse Osmosis technology removes all contamination such as dissolved solids (salt, inorganic contamination), virus, bacteria and cysts without requiring toxic chemical treatment. Reverse osmosis is a water purification process in which water is forced by high pressure through a semi- permeable membrane. In normal osmosis, water flows from a less concentrated solution through a semi- permeable membrane to a more concentrated solution. Reverse osmosis uses pressure to reverse normal osmotic flow. Water flows from a more concentrated solution through a semi-permeable membrane to a less concentrated solution. Minerals are filtered out. 
In combination with our filtration system, the activated carbon filter removes smell and odour from the water.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

In order to meet the needs of energy supply in areas without infrastructure or where fuel logistics and costs are prohibitive the Trunz systems are exceptionally energy efficient and the best ecological solution. For high system reliability the parts come assembled and tested from the Trunz factory. The system has an important advantage in that it can be installed directly, reducing the installation time and allowing for a fast start-up of operation. The solar charger in all systems operates with the newest MPPT-Technology with battery temperature sensor. The charger allows an optimal energy output of the solar modules and is pre-programmed in Trunz’s factory ready for operation in the field.

Trunz gel batteries are maintenance free and allow them to be placed in the same cabinet as the controllers, inverters and protections in order to decrease the wiring distance. The life of these batteries is from 12 to 15 years. Inverters convert the battery voltage (24 VDC) into alternating current (e.g. 230 VAC/50Hz). Thanks to the high quality senoidal wave inverter, televisions, laptops and other devices can be connected. The inverters are adjusted to the right output voltage.
